You’ve seen it on my Instagram and now it happened on my blog. Socks in my stocks. I actually really like it, plus it is warm and comfortable and I never say no to that.
I had a bit of a Johnny Cash day the other day so I decided so break it up with my blue mirrored sunglasses.

Yesterday I wanted to shorten a skirt and I figured it would be a good idea to share the process with you. I am by no means an experienced seamstress but it’s always nice to know that if you want to make some small alterations to your clothing it doesn’t always have to be complicated and many things are actually really easy to do!
So I would say: don’t be afraid to try things out! It doesn’t always have to go perfect the first try (just like making videos as you can see in the bloopers ;)) but it’s a good feeling when you’re wearing something you DIYed!
I’m usually not a skirt person, but when I found this white leather skirt at a thrift store, I couldn’t leave it behind. It’s been hanging in my closet since I got it because I had to shorten it a bit but never got around to doing it, plus it is one of those skirts that doesn’t really go with tights so I had to wait for bare legs appropriate weather as well.

When we were asked to make a video for Palladium featuring a pair of their boots we quickly thought of a good location to shoot it. The NDSM Werf in Amsterdam North has this perfect raw feel for urban explorers to it that Palladium boots are all about. So we took the camera and hopped on a ferry to cross the river. These boots must be the most comfortable boots I have ever worn!
